Second, we wanted to be sure Jean Straps users are aware that, with just a little bit of maneuvering, you can get a snug fit on longer pairs of  jeans as well:

1. Pick a place on your jeans above the hemline. If your jeans are too long to get a snug fit, cuff them 1″ at a time until you have the desired length.
2. Open the garter clip and place the garter tab (the white, rubber piece) inside your jean and the metal frame on the outside. Be sure to pick an area above the hem or cuff, so the metal frame makes contact with only one layer of denim.
3. Align the garter tab with the center of the frame.
4. While holding the garter tab, pull the metal frame in the opposite direction and guide it into the smaller part of the metal frame. Depending on the thickness of your denim this might take a little more or less pressure.
5. Repeat on other side.
